Q. What’s the catch?
A. There isn’t one.

Q. How can you afford to do this?
A. Skyrope enjoys recent private investment some of which has been specifically ear-marked for this program. You can say this is our stimulus package – our way of sparking the economy by helping small businesses.

Q. Why are you doing this?
A. We find that many smaller companies cannot go forward with strategically important technology projects because they can’t afford the initial investment. Many other small businesses see the benefits of managed services, but their current network simply cannot be managed due to old or under-powered equipment. A new network would help both groups move forward, if the capital investment problem were solved.

Q. Isn’t this really risky for you?
A. We have the highest client retention in the industry. We’re so confident that you’ll be happy with our services and that we can help you succeed, we’re willing to invest in your business upfront. And we’re contractually protected against termination before we had a chance to re-coup any significant portion of our investment. The rest, we’re willing to risk on your behalf.

Q. Is this an equipment lease?

Q. How does it really work?
A. SEFS is a profit-sharing mechanism that lets you use a portion of the money you spend on managed services to subsidize the new computer network we’ve bought and installed for you. We make the investment upfront and amortize it over a long period from our own profits realized from providing you with managed services. It’s a unique opportunity that allows you to enjoy all the business benefits of managed services with no capital outlay. 

Q. What do I need to do to get in?
A. You need to pre-qualify (contact us below), have a free assessment, pass a credit and background check, get accepted, and sign a managed services agreement for us to manage your new network which we’re providing for free.

Q. Are there any circumstances in which I have to later pay you for the network I get for free?
A. Only if you break the service contract before the term is up, we ask that you pay for the hardware and software that you now own and that we no longer get to manage for you. However, there is no termination liability on services – so if you have to break the contract, you will owe us nothing for services for the remainder of the term. Since you’d be a new client, we’re willing to assume that risk for you.
